We continue to develop our digital tools. This time, we introduce a new configurator designed for the design and sizing of support solutions for modular insulating systems, such as Unex Trut 60®.
This launch forms part of the range of configurators that we already make available to professionals, covering product lines such as cable trays and trunking, as well as applications including power supply for workstations and fixing systems.
With this addition, we strengthen our digital offering by bringing together all product ranges onto a single platform, thereby addressing structural configurations that require a more detailed technical specification.
The configurator is aimed at technical professionals such as electrical installers, engineering consultancies, telecommunications and HVAC specialists, as well as electrical distributors. It is also used in training environments and enables users to work with real solutions in a practical way.
Accessible via the web and on mobile devices, the configurator guides the user through a structured process in which variables such as application type, construction solution, and installation conditions are selected.
Based on these parameters, the system generates a tailored solution along with a complete bill of materials, which can be exported in formats such as PDF or Excel.
Once the configuration has been completed, the user gains direct access to technical data sheets, assembly instructions, and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Each item also links to its full product page on the website, where additional information can be consulted, such as assembly videos and detailed product specifications.
Furthermore, the configurator allows configurations to be saved online, organised into projects, and retrieved at any time, enabling seamless progress tracking and ensuring full traceability of the defined solutions.
