Unex Trut 60®
Strut channel anchor system

Unex launches Unex Trut 60®, a modular strut support system made of insulating material. This innovative solution is designed to provide maximum electrical safety and is positioned as the most reliable and efficient option on the market for a wide variety of industrial applications.

It is a versatile system, designed to adapt to different mounting configurations, whether wall, floor or ceiling mounted. It is compatible with our Insulating cable trays 66 and Insulating cable ladders 67.

It is possible to assemble structures such as H supports and corner supports of up to three levels, simplifying the installation process and reducing the need for additional parts, providing speed and less complexity in the execution of projects.

Variable connectors - Unex Trut® system

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60 and Insulating variable connectors 60 in tunnels and technical galleries with arched walls. To carry it out, the following must be taken into account:

The maximum height by width of the Insulating cable tray 66 must be 100 x 300 mm.
The bracket angle must be 45°.
The width of the insulating strut channel must be 350 mm.
Distance between supports at 40°C must be 1.5 m.
Distance between supports at 60°C must be 1 m.

Use metal screws to fix the support.

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60 and Insulating connectors 60. To carry it out, the following must be taken into account:

The maximum height by width of the Insulating cable tray 66 must be 100 x 600 mm.
The maximum height of the Insulating strut channel 60 must be 1105 mm.
The width of the Insulating strut channel 60 must be 715 mm.
Distance between supports at 40°C must be 1.5 m.
Distance between supports at 60°C must be 1 m.

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60 and Connectors 60. To carry it out, the following must be taken into account:

The width of the Insulating strut channel 60 must be 715 mm.
Distance between supports at 40°C must be 1.5 m.

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60, Insulating horizontal supports 60, Insulating connectors 60 and Insulating variable connectors 60. To carry it out, the following must be taken into account:

The maximum height by width of the Insulating cable tray 66 must be 100 x 300 mm.
The maximum height of the Insulating strut channel 60 must be 500 mm.
Distance between supports at 40°C must be 1.5 m.
Distance between supports at 60°C must be 1 m.

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60 and Insulating connectors 60. To carry it out, the following must be taken into account:

The maximum height by width of the Insulating cable tray 66 must be 100 x 600 mm.
The maximum height of the Insulating strut channel 60 must be 700 mm.
Distance between supports at 40ºC must be 1.5 m.
Distance between supports at 60ºC must be 1 m.
The cable tray is fixed to the Strut channel using screw reference 66839-A4 or 66839-C6, never with the spring channel nut.

Mounting with Insulating strut channels 60 and Insulating connectors 60. For this mounting, the following must be taken into account:

The maximum height by width of the Insulating cable tray 66 must be 100 x 300 mm.
The maximum height of the insulating strut channel 60 must be 400 mm.
The distance between supports at 40°C must be 1.5 m.
The distance between supports at 60°C must be 1 m.
The cable tray must be fixed to the strut channel using screw reference 66839-A4 or 66839-C6, never with the spring channel nut.

Cable trays must be fixed to the insulating rooftop supports by means of metal screws.
